Refunds & Returns

·       BLINGINBOX follows a strict no refund and no return policy. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.

·       Items purchased during sales, with discount codes, or using gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchange Eligibility & Process

·       To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be damaged, incorrect, or missing upon delivery.

·       Customers must record an unfiltered, unedited video of the unboxing as proof in case of damage or missing items.

·       To initiate an exchange, email us at shop.blinginbox@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line within 24 hours of delivery. Ensure you attach clear images of the defect & the unboxing video captured.

Transit & Delivery Guidelines

·       Once an order is in transit, refunds or cancellations cannot be processed.

·       Delays caused by third-party logistics partners do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

·       Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

Customer Responsibility

·       Customers must ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete. If a package is returned due to incorrect details provided by the customer, the product refund would be made deducting the shipping charges

·       Any issue not reported within 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for an exchange.

Prepaid Orders

·       If a prepaid order is declined at the time of delivery, no refund will be issued.

Exclusions

·       Our exchange policy does not cover damage or loss of Zirconia stones or regular wear and tear.
